Hurricane snapped my flagpole in half. Please send me another one. It is not a year old.

Would not recommend this Company at all. I should’ve just ordered from Amazon. The shipment showed up in three different orders which was expected. The solar lamp was one order the eagle was another, and the flagpole was the third. I received the Eagle and solar light fairly fast as for the flagpole, I got zero notification as to why it was taking so long to ship. three weeks later I finally got somebody from customer service to answer me that the shipment they received was damaged So it was delayed. I did not receive an email w/tracking that the pole had shipped, It just showed up on my doorstep. Once I received all of the shipment, the carabiners were missing out of the flagpole box. The top of the pole is very cheap, very thin plastic so do not over Screw your bolts. Very disappointed.

I received the flagpole that was ordered by my wife as a gift the other day. The carton was damaged and at least a foot of the carton missing leaving Ball exposed and hardware missing. I’ve messaged Official Flag and received no response. So much for 30 day return or satisfaction. Shameful! Also the ball was to be gold but black was received. What a joke!! Order else where.

Great telescoping flag pole

I like this flag pole. I just wish it was bigger around. I’m use to a thicker pole. This one is very nice.

It was a challenge to get it delivered to the correct address, but worth the wait.

Having alot of trouble with the mid-sections of the pole. They pull out and frustrating to get back in. Also getting them tight is a trick. They collaps down and the fight to raise it begins all over.

Absolutely love this flag...we are going to order one for our back love the solar light on top...my neighbor and friend are going to be order one...love the idea that there is no rope to pull.... Highly recommended

I have yet to receive the light assembly or a tracking number to see when it shipped

This is my second one. I now have one in front of my house and one in the backyard. Very easy to put up. Love that you can do two flags.

I first used this to make a 25 ft outdoor Christmas tree. It was so easy to use and very sturdy.

Good value and good product for what we were looking for but very disappointed that the top ornament was broken in shipping. I contacted Amazon customer service and was told the return window had passed (was given as a Christmas present but not opened until we were ready to install). Amazon offered a promotional certificate to order a replacement ball and provided the model number to complete the order. Very happy with the customer service offered by Amazon!

The flag pole has been a great addition to our landscape! The lightweight flag waves beautifully at the slightest breeze and the pole has stood up to some high gusts. I would definitely buy this one again!

Made a wonderful Christmas Light-Tree for our yard. Holds up well in the wind. I bought a set of $13 strap wrenches off Amazon, as it does get super tight and hard to undo.

Easy to install and easy to use. It is sturdy enough to have two flags going at the same time. I should have gone with the 25 foot pole. I have the 30 and only have it to 25 and it's plenty

I was very happy with the pole. The only issue I am having is after installing the solar light the top ring will not turn as freely as it should at times making the flag wrap around the pole.

This adjustable telescoping flag pole is great. We can bring it all the way down in case of severe weather, and we can raise it way over our tree line, which is what we did. It was fairly easy to install, and we're happy to have gotten it done in time. The pole seems very sturdy, and the flag is a nice lightweight fabric that catches the breeze.

Well let me start by stating what great customer service.i order a flag pole it was very easy to install. But I had a problem it didn't stay up every day I pull it back up and by the afternoon it had sliped down. I didn't call the company but they send me an email asking if i would like a refund or another flagpole due to the review I give. I was going to drill and put nuts and bolts.i thought they would contact me. Well they sent me a new flag pole and it his great I love it. It stay up and is easy to that down in bad weather. Iam proud that there are company that truly stand by there product.

Looks great. Like the fact I can adjust to whatever height I want, although fully extended most of the time. Collapse to a manageable height to bring in during inclement weather and for storage. Did concrete base sleeve into ground as I would any post and has worked out great.

I was please with it. My only complaint was it didn't have any clips to hook the flag to the pole. The picture shows them so I assumed they would be included.

Simple to install - I would have like to seen he hooks on the pole metal verses plastic for longevity and being in the elements. The quality of the flag was a little thin but simple to put on. Overall a good product and value.

As soon as I received the package, I knew this flag pole would be sturdier than the previous I had. This thing is amazing! We tend to put up cloth flags, and this thing holds up!

Easy install

I live on the lake with 40mph gust. It's held up fine. The reviews say they had issues with the poles sliding down, I found that if you use rubber gloves to help tighten the poles it will work great.

Well-built product, surprise of quality due to low price but it seems I got more than what I paid for. Assembly is quick and easy, just remember which way to turn the collars to loosen and unloosen to raise and lower Pole. some people talk about the flag being cheap the flag is thin and it's thin for a reason the heavier the flag the more weight at the top of the pole where it is the thinnest. the light weight of the flag the less turbulence the pole feels in the wind. This one was placed on a dock on a lake that gets extra wind and is holding up just fine. Lot of compliments. Easy to add on a third smaller flag if needed as seen in the picture. Definitely recommend getting the solar night light. The pole topper is set up to accept such light. During heavy storms it is easy to lower the mast down to prevent the pole from being damaged in high winds. Would buy again.

This is a very well made, sturdy flag pole. Bought for our Motorhome and will be mounting with our hitch. Haven't used it yet but it's much heavier and more solid than the ones we've had in the past. Excited to use it this summer!

This product was so easy for me and my husband to install. We have two flags flying on it with no issues.

I fly two flags consistently and this is my mine by far and wide. It's easy to install and assemble. The sturdiness for two flags is un matched. The pole has a mount for a night light (always light your flags), and the flag holders move with the wind, so no pole flag tangle going on.

Easy to put together and install. We did not extend fully as it seems a bit wobbly at full extension, but where we have it is sturdy and just right.

This flag pole was really easy to install, but the sand and concrete base that was proposed was too much for an old guy like me.We did place the PVC holder in concrete and along with my wife we built a small rock garden around it.Installing our flags and raising it up was a piece of cake.However we had some pretty strong winds and the pole adjusted itself downward about 15 feet.We love it.

Easy to install

It was easy to install. The sections hold very tightly with minimal turning. It is also very sturdy. I used it to mount a weather station.

Got quick set cement, dug hole for base and put a brick under base so it dosn't dig flag pole in to ground. Used a leval to make it plume. Let it dry overnight and you are ready to go!!

First impression is quality. The hooks and the US flag however look VERY cheap.

Very nice flagpole and very easy to install, although I used concrete instead of the recommended sand. The flag itself is a little cheapo but I expected that and ordered a higher quality one with it. The clips are a little flimsy also, but again, I anticipated that from other reviews and planned accordingly. I have been using it at the 25' level and flying two flags with no issuesEdit 8/25/20.....2 sections stuck and unable to retract...knocked off one star unless I can figure it outEdit 9/11/20...received new pole after 4 sections have failed. Will bump up to 5 stars for great customer service but they are now on double secret probation. Will keep updated

I used a posthole digger for a deep base, PVC piping to slip the pole in, and quickcrete to stabilize everything. The flag pole has held up to 40+ mph winds, being able to raise it halfway up and getting twice the thickness. It can hold 2 flags, which can circle the pole many times without folding on itself. Although it comes with a flag and accessories needed, I use a heavier duty flag with a mounted metal eagle and solar flag light mounted above. Looks really good in the yard. I've had this for a while now and haven't found anything I really dislike. I thought it would be the telescoping pole, but this is actually handy in putting the flag up and giving more support in heavy winds.

Beautiful, just beautiful! It is sturdy, my husband loves it! It was easy to install and because it has the telescoping pole, it towers over our home and is a beautiful addition to our yard! The site of our Canadian flag waving in the air warms our hearts!
