The solar lamps are shipped separately from the flagpole. Therefore, they may arrive with a different carrier and at a different time.

Our flagpoles are shipped from the USA, either from Los Angeles, California or Atlanta, Georgia. We are especially proud to offer you a short delivery time of a few days for these great and large products.

Most customers receive their flagpoles within 6-10 business days. All information can be found in your shipping confirmation email, which is sent via email once your order has shipped. Please be advised, you may receive different tracking numbers for the flagpole, solar lamp and/or state flags.

A PO box can only be used for solar lamp and state flags orders.

Flagpoles CANNOT be shipped to a PO Box address. As such, we need a physical address.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS and DHL for deliveries, both inside the United States and abroad. Your confirmation email will have all carrier and tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you your tracking numbers which you can use to track your flagpole, solar lamp and state flags. You can find your tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation email along with the live link to the carriers tracking page.

We are proud to say that 98% of our customers are satisfied with their flagpole. However, if you are not pleased with our product, you can return the flagpole at your expense within 30 days.

Please send us an email with your return shipping request to info@officialflagpole.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please be advised that the refund is not guaranteed and will depend on the product’s condition upon return. 

Absolutely! Our flagpoles are made of durable materials that can withstand the wind. However, if any parts break, we can provide replacement parts.

Spare parts like carabiners, pvc sleeves or other flags can be ordered from us. Please contact our customer service for spare parts, they can help you to choose the right one.
